Allina has practiced yoga for over 10 years, and her daily yoga practice has helped her manage stress in daily life.
To deepen her practice, Allina was called towards undertaking yoga teacher training at Samasti Yoga school in Bali in 2019. This was a transformational experience that has shifted her perspective, both on and off the mat.
Since then, breathwork and meditation have become bigger parts of her practice, and has completed Vedic meditation training in Sydney.
Allina seeks to connect breath and movement in her practice to have a ‘moving meditation’ experience, helping to bring a sense of increased calm and focus.
