The Exercise Social Group’s mission is to help people with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders to maintain their well-being. We do this through group exercise events and a supportive environment that facilitates a transition to regular physical activity.
We encourage you to Join the group and you’re welcome to bring along a friend or family member as support.
If you’re on Facebook you can join a closed Facebook group with other participants who are going through the same experiences. Members meet up once a month or more for exercise, learning and social activities including free seminars, low cost clinics and classes with a range of different exercises. To join the group, you will be asked to go through a short phone chat 5-15 minutes to check suitability.
Anyone with mood disorders, their family, friends and other supporters are welcome to join provided you meet the criteria below. There is no cost to join the group.
