Our Group Exercise Classes
A range of group exercise classes for all activity and fitness levels so you can find the one that suits you best!
Cardio Tennis
An exercise session rather than a tennis class, though it does involve racquets and balls. Classes are done to music and require no previous tennis experience. All of our classes are outdoors.
Yoga
Incorporates mindful breathing, stretching and strength poses to improve flexibility and bodily alignment. Hugely beneficial for mental health, yoga translates roughly as “union” – of body, mind and spirit. Classes indoors, occasionally outdoors. Circuit Fitness
Features a combination of cardio and strength based exercises – utilises body-weight, hand-weights, medicine balls, stretch mats, stretch bands etc. Classes indoors, occasionally outdoors.
Boxercise
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It includes shadow boxing and body weight resistance training and functional movements incorporating fitness / strength and boxing into one session .
Walking
This is a social group as much as an exercise session, family and friends are welcome.
