Tania is a highly experienced facilitator and coach and she was previously General Manager for Mood Active and co-designer of the 4-week wellbeing workout. Tania co-designed this program based on her experience with clients at Mood Active, supporting and coaching people experiencing mental health challenges and utilising her Masters in Coaching Psychology.

Since launching the 4-week wellbeing workout in 2018, Tania has been one of the key facilitators of the program.

Prior to this Tania has spent over 12 years specialising in the facilitation of leadership and sales programs and has coached over 500 leaders across a variety of sectors. Content within these programs has focused on skills such as coaching, managing performance, difficult conversations, resolving conflict, feedback, change management, resilience, time management, team building, influencing and leadership styles.
