Research shows that exercise can be an effective treatment option for mild to moderate mood disorders. Our casual classes are friendly, inclusive and MOTIVATING!
Suitable for all fitness levels (beginners to advanced), you can choose from a range of virtual, small group classes. Instructors are very supportive and have received specialized mental health training.
Classes are typically 45 minutes long and include Body Circuit, Abs, Glutes & Thighs, Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. No equipment is needed (a yoga mat is helpful and weights optional) and you won’t need much space at all- the length of a yoga mat or 2x2m is suitable.

Classes are $5 each for those not supported by NDIS or insurance. Classes are paid for in advance and can be purchased in blocks of 1, 3, 6 or 9 and are valid for 6 months. They are accessed via our class booking and payment app which you will need to download once you go through our getting started process. Lite Body Circuit- Body weight exercises featuring a combination of cardio and strength based exercises. The focus of this class is getting your heart rate up and working at a Moderate (50-70% of your maximum heart rate) to Intense (70-85% of your maximum heart rate) pace.
Abs, Glutes and Thighs- Body weight exercises focused on movements to strengthen major muscle groups in the legs and core.
Flow Yoga- Incorporates Vinyasa yoga and mindful breathing to move awareness back into our bodies so we can get more in tune with ourselves and move our bodies into a more peaceful state. Strengthen, lengthen and stretch.
Yin Yoga- Passive, longer held poses (3-5 minutes) which targets the deep connective tissues of the body– ligaments, joints, bones, fascia. This is a slower paced class, great for relaxation and rejuvenation.
