About casual classes
This is our lowest level of care option for those not wishing or able to commit to our 4 or 8 week programs and who do not feel they need extra coaching support at this time. You can choose from a number of virtual and face to face small group classes that are available weekly. Instructors are very supportive and some have lived experience. Classes range from 30 to 60 minutes depending the class type and include options such as cardio tennis, yoga, body circuit and boxercise for all fitness levels.
Classes do need to be paid for in advance and can be purchased in blocks of 3, 6 or 9 and are valid for 6 months. They are accessed via our class booking and payment app which you will need to download once you go through our getting started process.
