Why we exist
Exercise has been shown to be an effective treatment for anxiety and depression, yet is still under prescribed.
Mood Active aims to help change this! We are a non-profit association that runs group exercise programs for people diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety.
We help people get back on their feet using exercise!

8 Week Program
Our 8 Week Program uses group exercise as a treatment option for depression and anxiety.
4 Week Wellbeing Workout
This program helps individuals build the necessary skills to start and sustain regular exercise. It combines both motivational techniques and exercise classes.
Social Exercise Group
Fun social exercise events for those who have, or are unable to complete the 8 Week Core Program to stay connected and keep exercising.
