Our 8-week program is similar to that of any other prescribed treatment option. Just like taking medication, it is important to stick with the dosage prescribed. The program is evidence-based, so the aim is to get you exercising 3 times weekly over 8 weeks and then to help you to continue this habit for the rest of your life. We know that it can be tough getting motivated, so the program focuses on providing you with the 1:1 coaching support and supportive small group class environments to help you overcome the barriers to regularly exercising.
